For the Taco Filling

8 ounces cream cheese, softened – Creates a rich, creamy base that holds the filling together.

1 cup sour cream – Adds smoothness and a slight tang.

1 packet taco seasoning (about 1 ounce) – Brings classic Tex-Mex flavor.

1½ cups cooked ground beef or ground turkey – Adds hearty, savory protein.

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese – Provides cheesy goodness.

½ cup Monterey Jack cheese – Melts beautifully and adds creamy flavor.

½ cup diced tomatoes (seeds removed) – Adds freshness without making the filling watery.

¼ cup finely diced green onions – Gives mild onion flavor.

¼ cup diced green bell pepper – Adds crunch and color.

¼ cup chopped black olives (optional) – Adds a salty, savory touch.

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional) – Brightens the filling with fresh flavor.

For Rolling

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch) – Soft tortillas roll easily without cracking.

Shredded lettuce (optional for serving) – Adds freshness.

Salsa, sour cream, and guacamole – Perfect dipping sauces.
