Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Arrange the tomatoes and garlic on a baking sheet.

  5. Toss gently and spread into a single layer.
  6. Roast for 25–30 minutes until the tomatoes burst and caramelize.
