  • ½ cup vegetable oil – Keeps the bread moist and tender.
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream – Adds richness and extra moisture.
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar – Sweetens the bread.
  • ½ cup light brown sugar – Adds moisture and caramel flavor.
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract – Enhances the chocolate flavor.

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips – Adds bursts of melted chocolate throughout.
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chunks – Creates rich pockets of chocolate.

Optional Toppings

  6. Fold in the shredded zucchini, chocolate chips, and chocolate chunks.
