Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken dry and season with garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet and sear the chicken until golden on both sides. Remove from the skillet.
  3. Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, then stir in Italian seasoning and onion powder.
  5. Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer until fully cooked to 165°F (74°C).
