Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and fresh herbs.
  2. Halve the tomatoes, dice the cucumbers, slice the onion, and chop the herbs.
  3. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, garlic, Dijon mustard, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine the tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, herbs, and feta in a large bowl.
