  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon – Classic warm spice.
  • ¼ cup cold unsalted butter, cubed – Forms buttery streusel crumbs.

Optional Glaze

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 12 teaspoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix the brown sugar streusel and chill.
  3. Whisk together the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix the eggs, oil, sugars, and vanilla.
